The park at Grottes du Cerdon

On Sunday 5 and Monday 6 April, dive into Prehistory and take part in a unique and exciting Easter egg hunt!

Come and enjoy an unforgettable family moment in the footsteps of Krom, a little prehistoric adventurer, and test your ingenuity during a magical quest in search of colorful eggs.

On the occasion of the Easter weekend and the reopening for the 2026 season, the Grottes du Cerdon invite young and old to enjoy an original and fun experience with a prehistoric egg hunt, organized on Sunday 5 and Monday 6 April 2026 in the leisure park.

Follow in the footsteps of Krom who, driven by determination and courage, braving cold, wind and fear, ventured to the top of the cliff in search of the precious egg of the mountain eagle!
Enchanted by this immersive and educational story, both children and adults will embark on an initiatory journey following the traces of our ancestors.

An egg hunt activity for the whole family

Take part in our six prehistoric workshops to collect six eggs of different colors which can be exchanged for chocolates. The most dedicated explorers who gather the complete collection will leave with chocolates AND an exclusive surprise.

For the most observant visitors, golden eggs have been carefully hidden throughout the park. Finding one will allow you to win a large chocolate prize!

Parents are not left out either: a spear-thrower challenge will allow the most skilled participants to win a glass of Cerdon sparkling wine.

Designed to fit perfectly into your visit, this playful activity will lead you to discover the daily life and gestures of prehistoric people.

To conclude this original immersion designed as a true family-sharing moment, each child will have the opportunity to exchange their colored eggs for delicious chocolates!

Join us in the Ain region for a festive experience combining history, traditions and entertainment at the beginning of the Easter holidays, on Sunday 5 and Monday 6 April 2026.

In the heart of a preserved natural setting, this family event will perfectly complement your cultural outing to the Grottes du Cerdon, with a cave visit and the discovery of our various activities.
